Every new guest starts with a free meet & greet. It's a relaxed visit where your dog sniffs out the place, you meet the team, and we make sure Hound Hotel is the right fit before anyone commits to anything.
How it works

Book a meet & greet
Send the form below and we'll come back to you with a couple of times that suit your week. It's free, takes about twenty minutes, and your dog is very welcome to come along.

Trial day
Your dog spends a day with the pack while we watch how they settle, who they play with, and when they need a quiet nap. You get photo updates and an honest chat at pick-up.

Book days as you need them
Once you're both happy, book casual days, the same weekdays every week, or an overnight stay. No lock-in contracts, and you can change a booking by 4pm the day before.

C5 vaccination certificate
Email it ahead or bring a copy on the day. Every dog in the building is covered, which is how we keep the pack healthy.

Comfy collar & lead
A well-fitted collar with an ID tag, plus a lead for drop-off and pick-up. We'll keep it safely tagged with your dog's name.

Any meds with instructions
Send medication in its original packaging with clear dosage notes. We'll record every dose and tell you when it was given.

Favourite toy welcome
A familiar toy or blanket helps a nervous dog settle in fast. Pop their name on it and it goes home with them.
